General Terms & Conditions
Wendt On Tours reserves the right to vary or cancel tours or part thereof, which may result from road or weather conditions, vehicle breakdown or any other condition of an operational nature.
Whilst every endeavour has been made to keep departure/arrival times, no compensation shall be payable in the event of loss due to missed connections etc. Fares quoted are in Australian Dollars.
Wendt On Tours is a licensed tourist operator and carries public liability and third party insurance.
Passengers are reminded that it is a government requirement that passengers in tourist vehicles must wear a seat belt.
Wendt On Tours reserves the right to substitute vehicles or drivers, should the need arise.
All travellers are advised to take out complete travel insurance.
Wendt On Tours does not accept liability for death, injury, loss, accidents, theft or damage to personal property; however all neccessary care is undertaken to prevent all such occurrences.
Minimum passenger numbers may apply.

7 days prior to tour date: Full refund
72 hrs prior to tour date: 50% cancellation fee
24 hrs prior to tour date: 100% cancellation fee
